Write from the email address on your account if your question is about that account, it saves a round trip proving who you are. If you are asking about a charge, mentioning the invoice number (Account → Receipts) makes it a one-email conversation instead of three.

Not registered. Under Indian law, GST registration is required for a service provider only above ₹20 lakh of annual turnover; below that, no GST is charged and none is collected from you. Invoices state this in words.

Operator note (visible on purpose). The two lines above marked “to be completed” must carry the real registered name and address before live payment keys are enabled: Razorpay KYC and Lemon Squeezy merchant review both check this page against the identity on the account. Leaving a truthful gap here is deliberate: a placeholder address on a compliance page is a worse failure than a missing one. Set the same values in SELLER_NAME / SELLER_ADDRESS / SELLER_EMAIL on the server so that receipts and this page cannot disagree.

International buyers

If you paid in dollars, the seller on your card statement is Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), acting as merchant of record: they are the legal seller in your country and they handle your local sales tax and VAT. Their invoice is linked from your receipt in Account. Support still starts here, write to the address above and we will deal with them on your behalf.

Security reports

If you have found a vulnerability, send it to the address above with “security” in the subject line. We will acknowledge within 3 working days, we will not threaten you, and we will credit you if you want the credit. Please do not test against other people’s accounts or run anything that degrades the service for learners.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give investment, tax or legal advice, review your portfolio, or tell you what to buy. That is not modesty, it is the line between an education product and a regulated one, and we stay on this side of it. See Terms § 8.
